If you would like to bring your Laptop in for estimate/ repair,

• Please make sure you remember the AC adapter and Recovery CD's if available.
• Where possible we try to give our customers free estimates. With laptops this is not always possible due to the time taken to dismantle and diagnose the fault. In some cases therefore a fee of £25 will apply though if you proceed with the repair, this charge is cancelled.
• In urgent cases we can transfer  important data from your laptop onto CD even if it is faulty/ damaged while the repairs are carried out.
